How do I get my certificate, and what if it will not download?

To earn a course certificate you need to be a Pro member and have completed all the mandatory lessons in that course. If your certificate will not download, it is almost always because some lessons are not marked complete.

If your certificate will not download

This usually means your progress was not fully recorded. Mark the remaining lessons or modules complete, then try again.

• Mark a single lesson complete: go to the main course page, right-click the lesson title, and choose Mark Done.
• Mark a whole module complete: go to the main course page, right-click the module, and choose Mark Module Done.

Once every mandatory lesson and module is complete, try downloading your certificate again.
