My career path progress bar and percentage indicator has somehow decreased. Why? Will this affect my ability to get a certificate?

This is most likely because a section of the Career Path has been swapped out, as we sometimes find ways to further improve the curriculum. And since your progress bar is a function of how much you have completed of the entire curriculum at any given time, your progress will also be affected by this.

This means that you can theoretically reach the end of the Career Path without having "100%" in your progress percentage indicator. However, don't worry. If this happens to you, just reach out to help@scrimba.com and we will verify on the back-end that you actually have completed the career path. We will adjust your percentage accordingly, and award you with the Career Path certificate.
