How do I manage my subscription/billing account/invoice?
Adding your name, address, tax ID, etc., to your billing account and invoice
- Navigate to your account's settings page, and click on "View billing".
- This will open up your billing portal where you can update your billing account information.
Updated information will only appear on future invoices and receipts. To have them appear on past transactions, simply redownload them via your billing portal.
Updating your card details
- Navigate to your account's settings page, and click on "View billing".
- This will open up your billing portal where you can access your card details.
Cancelling your subscription
- Click your profile name in the top left of the website.
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Locate the Subscriptions section.
- To cancel, click on the "x" icon located on the right.
- To manage your billing details, click on "View billing".
