How do I get a refund?

Full refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase, limited to one refund per account.

A few things to know:

• The 7-day window runs from the date of your first purchase.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds, and subscription renewals are not refundable.
• Refunds are issued for the amount we received, excluding any extra charges such as bank or currency-exchange fees.
