How do I get a refund?

Full refunds are available if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase, with a limit of one refund per account. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or refunds for subscription renewals. Refunds are issued based on the amount received, excluding any additional charges such as bank or exchange fees.
