How do I get a refund?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no-questions-asked hassle-free refund policy. Simply send a support ticket or email help@scrimba.com within 14 days of your purchase date, and we will issue you a full refund. Please note that only one refund is allowed per account.


To speed up the processing of your refund, we recommend emailing us from the email address tied to your Scrimba account. We strive to process these requests within 24 hours, but please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days depending on different banking institutions.


Reversals

In some cases, refunds are processed as reversals, meaning that the original charge will drop off your bank statement entirely as if it never occurred. If you don't see a refund after approximately ten business days, please check your bank statement for the original charge. If the charge is not there, it was reversed, and the refund is complete.
