I was charged twice (duplicate charge). What should I do?
If you were charged twice for the same Scrimba subscription, email help@scrimba.com and we will confirm the duplicate charge and refund the extra one. A double charge is never intended, and we will make it right.
What to send us
Email help@scrimba.com with:
- The email address on your Scrimba account
- The dates and amounts of both charges. A screenshot of your bank or card statement is ideal.
What happens next
- We confirm the duplicate charge and refund the extra one.
- Your correct subscription stays active, so your access is not affected.
- A duplicate charge sometimes happens when two subscriptions are created on the same account. If that is the case, we will cancel the extra subscription as part of sorting this out.
