I was charged for a subscription renewal I did not expect

Scrimba Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period so your access continues without interruption. If you were charged for a renewal you did not expect, here is what to do.

Stop future renewals

  1. Click your profile name in the top left of the website.
  2. Go to Settings, then the Subscriptions section.
  3. Click the x icon on the right to cancel. This prevents any further renewals.

You can check your next renewal date and download invoices any time under View billing in your settings.

About refunds

Full refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase, and renewals are not typically refundable. If you were charged unexpectedly, email help@scrimba.com and we will do our best to help.
